Ansvarsgenombrott i bulvan­förhållanden avseende hyresförhållanden

För att kringgå skyddslagstiftning till förmån för hyresgäster förekommer det på den svenska bostadsmarknaden att fastighetsägare samarbetar med bolag som hyr lägenheter i första hand för att sedan hyra ut dem till andrahandshyresgäster. Att som andrahandshyresgäst få framgång med sina eventuella krav på återbetalning av oskälig hyra är begränsade. Det har i rättspraxis utvecklats en grund för ansvarsgenombrott utan stöd i lag, i vissa extraordinära fall.
